Directory and guides

Komodo Insider provides general travel information and a directory of third-party operators, boats and places. Listings and guides are informational; they are not an offer by Komodo Insider to sell a voyage. You should verify the current route, departure, vessel, inclusions, exclusions, permits, insurance requirements and total price with the provider before paying.

Enquiries, bookings and payment

Booking links and contact options may take you to an operator or another provider. The provider confirms availability, issues the offer and receives payment. Komodo Insider does not collect trip fares or issue booking confirmations for directory trips. A boat’s published rate is not necessarily the final price for your dates and route.

Changes, weather disruptions, cancellation and refunds follow the provider’s written booking conditions and any applicable rules. Ask the provider for those conditions before payment and retain the written quote and receipt. Komodo Insider cannot approve a refund from another business.

Accounts, listings and contributions

Accounts and listing submission tools may let you contribute information. Provide accurate details you are entitled to share, and do not impersonate an operator or submit misleading rates, photos or contact information. We may check, edit, decline or remove a contribution to protect directory accuracy. A submitted listing is not automatically endorsed or guaranteed to be published.

Accuracy and external services

We work to correct material errors, but operating conditions and supplier information change. Official park instructions, the captain’s safety decisions and the provider’s current written terms take precedence over a general guide. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
